1. Function overview:

1. This product is mainly used for liquid injection of cylindrical batteries, cap welding and vacuum static integrated flow linear equipment. Only need to manually load and unload the pallet, and the rest of the process equipment is automatically completed. This machine includes a glove box, five sets of liquid injection systems, and seven sets of vacuum stationary systems.

2. Working principle: Workflow.→Feeding→Manual loading on the tray→One injection→one vacuum→second injection, second vacuum→three injections→three vacuums→four injections→four times a vacuum→four times The second vacuum→five injections→five first vacuum→five second vacuum→retrieving the cover plate→the end of the work.
